Ordering Information
I have a limited number of each item on my website. If you order more than I have, I will need time to make up your order. If there are quite a few items that I need to make, I will email you with an expected ship date. Each item is handcrafted and hand painted so they take time to do and they are unique unto themselves.
Orders are filled and shipped out according to availability on product page. Please allow extra time for customized items.
Shipping Information:
I will ship orders according to the less expensive way. I use USPS for small orders and FEDEX ground for the larger orders. If you want the items faster and I have them in stock, extra charges will be calculated at checkout time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are accepted if your item(s) are damaged in shipping. Please contact us if an item has been damaged during shipping and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible. If an item was a one of a kind item a full refund or a similar item will be offered.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be canceled once an order is shipped out. Any refused packages will incur extra shipping charges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the return instructions with you. You will be issued a store credit for any item returned.
International orders are welcome! Shipping will be determined by weight and destination after we receive your order. We will then send you an invoice with the total amount due.
Payment:
We accept Credit Cards (MASTER CARD, VISA, AND DISCOVER) and PayPal (which accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We will also accept payment by check or money order. Once your check has cleared or your money order has been received, we will ship your order. This could take up to 12 business days. If payment is not received within 12 business days, your order will be canceled.
